Refund & Cancellation Policy for Manggo Tutoring

At Manggo Tutoring, we want to make sure students and parents feel confident when booking our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
1. Session Cancellations
24 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled at no extra charge during a paid term.
Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, the session will be charged in full.
2. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to tutor availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 Days before a session may be denied at our discretion.
3. Refunds
Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be granted if Manggo Tutoring cancels a session and no suitable reschedule can be arranged.
Package Plans: If you purchase a monthly package, unused sessions may be refunded only if requested within 7 days of purchase, minus any sessions already completed.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Technical Issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues caused by Manggo Tutoring, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
If technical issues occur on the student’s side, the session may be considered completed unless evidence shows otherwise.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Manggo Tutoring management.
